Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead and manage day-to-day Integrated Facilities Management operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

You will oversee vendor services (cleaning, security, utilities), manage facility systems, drive the Preventive Maintenance Program, provide 24/7 emergency response, and liaise with clients and internal teams to support onboarding and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Property / Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Facilities Management / IFM experience; corporate or multinational environment preferred.
• Proven experience independently managing site operations and day-to-day facilities requirements.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up / task-tracking capabilities.
• Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented client environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IFM operations and site walkthroughs to maintain service, cleanliness, and safety across all office areas.
• Oversee vendor services (cleaning, security, utilities) and support vendor selection and performance reviews per KPIs/SLAs.
• Manage facility systems and financial workflows (e.g., SAP shopping carts, JLL Corrigo work orders) and monitor monthly expenses against budgets.
• Implement Preventive Maintenance Program to ensure compliance with policies, risks, and audits.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response support with clear escalation and incident reporting procedures.
• Act as primary liaison between client stakeholders, vendors, and internal JLL teams for onboarding and readiness.
