Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd (JLL) in Hong Kong is seeking a Facilities Officer/Senior Facilities Officer (Bank) to oversee site operations, ensure safety and compliance, and manage vendor relations. The role requires coordination with clients, government agencies, landlords, and internal teams.

The position demands a Bachelor’s degree in FM or related fields, 3+ years in facilities or property management, and English/Cantonese proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Experience liaising with local/government agencies/landlords regarding operations, lease management and contracted services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site operations and maintenance, including 24/7 emergency support.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations with clear communication.
• Implement health and safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement and vendor management for timely service within budget.
• Manage contracts, monitor expiry dates, and initiate re-procurement when needed.
• Support financial management and accounts payable procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager.
