Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (Clerk I/II) in the School of Biomedical Sciences. The role combines administrative duties with creative media design responsibilities to support strategic programs including newsletters, campaigns, and events.

The appointee will craft graphics, manage social media content, update websites, and liaise with vendors, while contributing to communications and branding efforts across the School.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in graphic design or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years in graphic design or visual content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and allied tools.
• Strong typography, layout and digital/print production knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics, social assets, marketing materials for print and digital channels.
• Design and produce school newsletters and updates.
• Manage content creation and website updates across official channels.
• Coordinate print file formatting and liaise with vendors.
• Provide creative support for school events and activities.
• Handle additional creative and administrative duties as assigned.
