• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–2 years of full-time work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) in written and spoken form.
• Strong organisational, communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and clerical support to taught postgraduate programmes.
• Handle programme operations and student administration, admissions and recruitment.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Faculty and manage occasional out-of-hours work.
