Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant) in the School of Biomedical Sciences. Role involves administrative support for financial matters, procurement processes, and coordination with stakeholders. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview and written test.

Qualifications

• Five passes in HKCEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics or 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics.
• Preferably with a recognized degree plus at least 2 years’ work experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication and organizational skills.
• IT proficiency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to financial matters including RFQ, processing payments, PO, invoices and reimbursement claims.
• Assist in budgetary control matters and undertake duties as assigned by supervisor.
