Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for its Ecommerce Tech and SaaS platform in Hong Kong. Lead new business growth, manage the full sales cycle, and build a strong pipeline with merchants across industries.

The role requires proven B2B sales success, excellent stakeholder management, and strong communication in English and Cantonese (Mandarin advantageous). Dynamic, fast-paced environment with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior decision-makers.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to identify opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting merchants to the digital commerce platform.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with merchants across industries and understand their business needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and implementation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending e-commerce, omnichannel, and digital commerce solutions.
