Chimbusco Pan Nation Shipping Company Limited is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee policy development and compensation programs. You will align HR policies with HQ directives and industry standards while driving salary, benefits, and benchmarking initiatives across a multinational setting.

The role requires 5–7 years in Compensation & Benefits within large organizations, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and financial sector regulations.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on Compensation & Benefits experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the development and maintenance of HR policies to align with headquarters directives, organizational strategies, and industry standards.
• Manage the execution of annual salary and benefits programs, including merit increases, promotions, and benchmarking surveys.
• Act as an internal advisor to review pay structures and address compensation-related inquiries.
• Lead annual benefits renewals and insurance processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory compliance.
• Generate periodic analytical reports for leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
