Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR & Admin team and oversee operations across Hong Kong and overseas offices.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, MPF, medical, insurance and employee benefits.
• Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Establish and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
• Design and implement the performance appraisal system and processes.
• Partner with department heads to support talent development and organizational growth.
