Job summary

You will align HR policies with HQ directives and industry standards while driving salary, benefits, and benchmarking initiatives across a multinational setting.

The role requires 5–7 years in Compensation & Benefits within large organizations, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and financial sector regulations.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on Compensation & Benefits experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
