Links International seeks a Regional Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead compensation initiatives and drive global rewards programs. You will partner with HR teams across Asia Pacific and external consultants to design frameworks, policy updates, and benchmarking processes.

The role calls for strong analytical skills, multinational experience in FMCG or corporate HQ environments, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in HR with C&B expertise.
• Experience in multinational FMCG or corporate HQ environment is preferred.

• Lead compensation initiatives: salary reviews, bonus planning, and cost budgeting.
• Design and improve C&B frameworks, policies, and processes globally.
• Collaborate with HR and consultants on rewards projects and job architecture.
• Advise regional and local HR teams on compensation practices and market competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Asia Pacific HR teams to ensure governance and execution.
• Support mobility programs by coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
• Review C&B policies for alignment with objectives and compliance.
• Deliver workforce analytics and cost modeling to inform decisions.
• Participate in HR transformation and ad hoc projects.
