Job summary

Green Lake Executive Search invites an experienced HR professional to join the team in Hong Kong to oversee HR policies, salary and benefits programs, and regulatory alignment within a leading securities firm. You will act as an internal advisor on pay structures, lead annual benefits renewals, and generate leadership reports.

The role requires at least 5–7 years in Compensation & Benefits within large financial institutions, fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and financial sector regulations.
• At least 5–7 years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience in large financial institutions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
