You will bridge business needs with technology, shaping customer journeys and driving engagement across O+O channels.

The role requires strong project management, experience with digital platforms, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver seamless experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering digital projects across mobile apps, web and in-store platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical requirements for loyalty and O+O initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including business and tech.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in a multilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements to launch.
