Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an experienced project manager to lead integrated plans across the Experience and Commercialisation portfolio, shaping roadmaps, milestones and delivery schedules, and coordinating with business and technology teams.

You will monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, run governance forums, and ensure compliant, timely handoffs to implementation partners, with a focus on customer experience and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Design Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, portfolio coordination, customer experience, digital transformation, marketing operations or commercialisation delivery.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives across business and technology teams with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated customer-facing industry is preferred.
• Strong project planning, organisation and follow-through, with the ability to turn broad objectives into actions, owners, timelines and measurable deliverables.
• Responds positively to change and ambiguity, remains dependable under pressure and is willing to support the team when priorities shift.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, milestones, resource requirements and delivery schedules across the Experience and Commercialisation portfolio.
• Monitor delivery against plan, maintain a consolidated portfolio view, and work with accountable owners to address slippage, bottlenecks or capacity constraints.
• Run an effective project cadence, including planning sessions, working meetings, decision forums, progress reviews and post-implementation reviews.
• Track handoffs between Experience Design, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology and Operations, ensuring approved recommendations are converted into actionable changes and followed through to implementation.
• Coordinate governance and approval requirements with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Security, Procurement and other control functions as applicable.
• Maintain complete and current project records to support governance reviews, audits and management reporting.
• Coordinate external vendors and implementation partners, monitor deliverables and follow up on agreed commitments.
• Support budget tracking, procurement, invoice and contract administration, identifying financial or vendor delivery variances early.
