Job summary
CLSA is seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support to provide dedicated end-user support for our Hong Kong trading floors. The role focuses on ensuring stability, availability, and performance of desktop technologies and market data applications for front-office users.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 5–8 years desktop support experience, preferably in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with Bloomberg and Refinitiv platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, MS 365, and basic networking.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; excellent communication.
- ITIL service management experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated technical support for trade floor users.
- Support Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other market data platforms.
- Manage market data licenses, renewals, and vendor relations for HK.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and apps.
- Coordinate joiner/leaver provisioning and access.
- Ensure IT security policies are followed and on-call during trading hours.
- Assist with video conferencing management and asset inventory.
