Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Trade Floor Support Supervisor to lead a small IT team and provide hands-on operations for trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and EBS. You will ensure reliable desktop, VDI, and security support on the trading floor across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or related discipline, with 6+ years in IT within sizeable firms (banking preferred) and 2–3 years in supervision. Strong English and Cantonese are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related discipline required.
• At least 6 years IT experience in sizeable firms, banking industry preferred.
• Hands-on experience with desktop apps, VDI, endpoint security and control systems.
• Experience with trading systems (Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, EBS, dealer board).
• Familiar with ITIL processes; ITIL, CCNA, MCITP preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small IT team on trade floor support and IT operations.
• Provide efficient support to trading systems and related applications.
• Perform system operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with APAC regional and Head Office teams for projects.
• Liaise with external vendors for project delivery and ongoing support.
