Job summary

CLSA is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst in Execution Services IT in Hong Kong. You will bridge business needs with IT solutions, drive project planning, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors. Strong Java/SQL skills and CI/CD experience are essential, with Mandarin ability and some travel to ShenZhen a plus.

This role requires 5–8 years in IT business analysis, deep equities knowledge, and the ability to work across departments on CRM and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 5-8 years relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst / Solution Lead.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus.
• Hands-on Java and SQL.
• Knowledge in Linux.
• Able to speak Mandarin and willing to travel to ShenZhen occasionally will be a plus.

Responsibilities
