Job summary
RAYTON SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team at Changi Airport.
You will provide advanced technical support to end-users, act as escalation point for complex issues, and mentor junior staff while ensuring reliable operation of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals. You will work with infrastructure, network and security teams, document solutions, and contribute to IT projects like upgrades and hardware refresh
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years IT support experience, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role.
- Strong expertise in Windows and macOS environments and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira), and ITIL practices.
- Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving with strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate as needed.
- Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and security tools.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
- Document solutions and update knowledge bases.
- Mentor and train junior IT staff.
- Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and hardware refresh cycles.
- Deliver high-quality support to senior leadership and VIP users.
