Deskside Support Engineer (16-21K)

Provide technical support for internal users on: Desktop Software, Mac, PC, MS Windows, O365, Office, Outlook.

Physically set up computers and software system installation.

Communicate effectively with end users and other support parties.

Escalation / Complaint handling under the general End User Support cases.

Provide Install, Maintenance, Move and Change of deskside services to end users.

Communicate effectively with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, maintenance, and support as needed.

Troubleshoot I.T related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.

Assist in development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
• Experience on end user support with at least 1 year’s experience.
• Good attitude, Good customer service, Well communication and documentation skill.
