Singapore Airlines Limited seeks a customer service professional to join our 24-hour hotline team. Candidates should have experience in hospitality or luxury residential services and a genuine passion for meeting diverse people.

An associate degree or above is preferred, with at least three years of relevant experience. The role involves handling enquiries and complaints, residential handover duties, and basic account maintenance and administrative tasks.

Qualificações

• 3 years' relevant experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Experience in luxurious residential / hotels.
• Experience with 24-hour hotline operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
