Responsibilities

• Maintain 7x24 hotline services for cardholders, merchants and acquiring banks
• Supervise and coach team members; support Section Head
• Review workflows and workloads to improve efficiency
• Assist Team Head with ad-hoc projects and user acceptance tests for authorization systems
