Job summary

A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for a high-calibre Assistant Manager to join her Credit Card Department, responsible for overseeing the authorization team

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a smooth 7 x 24 hours hotlines services to cardholders, merchants and acquiring banks
• Support the Team / Section Head and undertake the assigned roles and tasks
• Supervise and provide coaching to team members
• Review and make suggestions to achieve effective workflow and workloads
• Assist Team Head in ad-hoc projects, conduct user acceptance tests and ensure the reliability of the Authorization systems

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years experience in credit card authorization or Secondary educated with at least 8 years experience in credit card authorization
• In-depth knowledge of Credit Card Authorization
• Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work in shift duty
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Authorization Officer
