A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong seeks a dynamic Assistant Manager to join Card Usage & Retention in Retail Banking. You will help drive card usage plans for existing credit card customers and support revenue growth from receivables, POS, and fees.

Key responsibilities include developing campaigns, coordinating with agencies and partners, and ensuring timely delivery and measurement of results. Strong English and Chinese communication are essential, along with collaboration under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in product management of retail banking or credit card products preferred.
• Good teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing card usage marketing programs and partnerships with merchants to hit business targets.
• Support digital payment programs and innovative projects to boost card usage and enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal parties, partners or vendors to deliver marketing campaigns on time and with quality.
• Liaise with advertising agencies to produce marketing collateral and maintain webpages.
• Monitor campaign responses and track program results.
• Manage budgets and expenses including invoicing and settlements.
