Bank of Dongguan Co., Ltd. – Hong Kong Branch is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Corporate Banking Department.

You will drive personal and departmental sales targets, analyze cross-border client needs, and develop expansion plans while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will handle KYC for account openings and annual inspections, evaluate credit applications, and ensure the integrity of materials and post-loan management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and cross-border needs.

Responsabilités

• Achieve personal and departmental sales targets.
• Analyze needs of local and cross-border customers and formulate expansion plans.
• Manage KYC for account opening and annual inspections.
• Evaluate credit applications and ensure materials are authentic and compliant.
• Collect feedback from customers and industries to improve products and services.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations and policies.
• Familiar with bank products and actively sell them to customers.
