Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 10+ years in Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, SCM or 3PL operations.
• Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition and growth in logistics solutions.
• Experience in managing large-scale warehousing and distribution operations.
• Successful in growing revenue, improving margins and profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, transport and warehouse optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a multinational logistics environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Contract Logistics services across key industry sectors.
• Lead warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring service excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and solution-based selling.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and support contract renewals, business retention, and account growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and process excellence.
• Lead contract negotiations, commercial proposals, and customer presentations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, operational performance metrics, and financial targets.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing logistics team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
