Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Contract Logistics Manager to lead the growth and profitability of contract logistics activities in Hong Kong. The role focuses on strategic planning, business development, and customer engagement across air, ocean, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end operations, drive efficiency, manage large-scale warehousing, and build a high-performing team while delivering service

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, Supply Chain Management, or 3PL operations.
• Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition, and commercial growth within logistics solutions.
• Strong experience managing large-scale warehousing and distribution operations.
• Demonstrated success in growing revenue, improving margins, and achieving profitability targets.
• Strong understanding of supply chain solutions, inventory management, transportation, and warehouse optimisation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a multinational logistics environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Contract Logistics services across key industry sectors.
• Lead warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring service excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through direct customer engagement and solution-based selling.
• Manage strategic customer relationships and support contract renewals, business retention, and account growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and process excellence.
• Lead contract negotiations, commercial proposals, and customer presentations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, operational performance metrics, and financial targets.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing logistics team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
