Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is partnering with a well-established International Consumer Goods company to recruit a Regional Logistics Manager for APAC. The role leads logistics strategy, procurement, and TMS deployment across the region, with responsibility for Hong Kong operations and 3PL governance.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in regional/international logistics, strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and procurement, and fluency in English,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of regional or international logistics and supply chain operations experience.
• Experience leading or supporting TMS implementation, roll-out, optimisation, and logistics technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, 3PL management, logistics procurement, and supply chain performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• High fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of global logistics strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across markets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen logistics performance, resilience, and service delivery.
• Oversee APAC logistics activities to deliver operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and cost efficiency.
• Manage multi-modal transportation activities (air, ocean, road, rail, parcel, inter-modal).
• Oversee logistics sourcing, carrier selection, contract negotiations, and regional tender processes.
• Monitor logistics expenditures, KPIs, and supplier performance to identify efficiency gains.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other logistics tech across APAC.
• Serve as interface between business functions and logistics partners to align priorities with regional growth.
• Ensure full compliance with customs, trade requirements, dangerous goods standards, and import/export controls.
• Oversee Hong Kong logistics operations including budget, 3PL governance, warehousing, inventory control, and fulfilment.
