Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business or related field.
• 5+ years regional/international logistics experience.
• Experience leading TMS initiatives and logistics tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of transport, warehousing, 3PL, procurement and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership.
• Fluent English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of global logistics strategies for operational consistency.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance performance, resilience, and service.
• Oversee APAC logistics activities for cost efficiency and compliance.
• Manage multi-modal transport, sourcing, negotiations, and tenders.
• Monitor KPIs, supplier performance, and cost optimisation opportunities.
• Lead TMS deployment across APAC and other logistics tech solutions.
• Interface with business functions and logistics partners to align priorities.
• Ensure customs, trade and import/export compliance.
• Oversee Hong Kong logistics operations including budget, 3PL, warehousing, and fulfilment.
