Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably with ongoing progress in professional insurance qualifications such as ACII or ANZIIF.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in personal lines insurance claims.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of management.

Job description

Primarily responsible for managing personal lines insurance claims. Experience in handling Travel Insurance claims will be an advantage.

Respond promptly and professionally to customers and external stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of claims service delivery.

Ensure all claims procedures and documentation comply with the group claims management requirements and best practices.

Participate in projects such as system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
