Qualifications

• University graduate or above.
• ACII or ANZIIF (Senior Associate) preferable.
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in general insurance claims.
• Experience in broking/adjusting and insurance company is preferred.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Job description

Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records in line with internal requirements.

Assist with the daily operation of the team.

Job Requirements:

University graduate or above.

Holder of professional insurance qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF (Senior Associate) is preferable.

At least 10 years’ solid experience in general insurance claims preferably in both broking / adjusting field and insurance company.

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Self-motivated and work independently in claims handling and dealing with clients.
