CMB Wing Lung Insurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to oversee home, property and liability claim handling in Hong Kong. You will examine documents, review professional reports, and issue settlement instructions.

The role includes supervising staff, reviewing reserves, and addressing inquiries from intermediaries and clients. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and professional qualifications (ANZIIF Senior Associate / ACII / LLB) with at least 6 years of

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or ACII or LLB designation preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in managerial level.
• Sound knowledge of insurance products.
• Strong leadership and responsibility.

• Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or ACII or LLB

Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in managerial level

Sound knowledge of insurance products

Good leadership skills and strong sense of responsibility

Competent and strong in analytical thinking, conflict-handling, problem-solving technique

Able to work independently and under pressure

Good presentation and negotiation skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
