BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd seeks a seasoned Life Claims leader to oversee the full claims lifecycle from assessment to settlement, reporting to the Department Head. The role empowers decision-making within delegated authority while developing expertise in risk management and insurance operations.

You will supervise a small team, manage complex investigations, review policy coverage, and drive customer-focused initiatives to enhance experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12 years of life claims experience, including at least 5 years in supervisory role.
• Degree holder with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI or ICA).
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

Degree holder with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI or ICA)

12 years of relevant working experience in life claims (at least 5 years at supervisory level)

Strong sense of time management to comply with service benchmark

Good knowledge of medical aspects

Good communication skills with customer-centric mindset

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively

Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen

Well-adapted to fast-paced working environment with passionate working attitude

Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Excellent communication abilities in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
