Job summary

CMB Wing Lung Insurance Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced claims professional to handle travel and personal accident claims and examine documents from clients, claimants and service providers.

You will assess claims, prepare settlement documentation, register new claims, set up reserves and monitor development, while communicating with intermediaries and clients. The role requires independent work, attention to detail and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or ACII.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good PC knowledge.
