Job summary

You will oversee complex investigations and settlements within delegated authority, ensure policy coverage accuracy, and drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI or ICA).
• 12 years of relevant working experience in life claims (at least 5 years at supervisory level).
• Strong sense of time management to comply with service benchmark.
• Good knowledge of medical aspects.
• Good communication skills with customer-centric mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen.
• Well-adapted to fast-paced working environment with passionate working attitude.
• Highly adaptable to changes and unprecedented challenges.
