The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in insurance or related fields, 10 years in general insurance claims (5+ in management), and fluency in English and Mandarin to support audits and regulatory reviews.

• Results-oriented, analytical, and detail-focused problem solver.
• Proven leader of high-performing teams with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin required)..
