Job summary

The English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced projects and facilities leader to drive capital projects, renovations and maintenance across ESF campuses. You will coordinate in-house and external teams, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver high quality workmanship on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant technical subject.
• Over 10 years of Post-Graduate experience in facilities or project management.
• Proven ability to manage capital projects and maintenance within schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects, alterations and renovations to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design and support teams.
• Act as on-site client representative during construction and handover phases.
• Manage procurement, tendering and progress payments for consultants/contractors.
• Develop preventive and routine maintenance plans to maximise asset lifespan.
• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
