Job summary

ESF invites expressions of interest for the position of Project and Facilities Manager in Hong Kong. The role focuses on leading capital projects, renovations, and campus maintenance across ESF facilities, coordinating with in-house teams, consultants and government authorities.

The candidate will act as on-site client representative during construction, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 10 years of post-graduate

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant technical subject.
Over 10 years of relevant Post-Graduate experience.

Responsibilities

Consult with end-users and internal teams to articulate project objectives and scope.
Plan and implement capital projects, alterations and renovations with time, cost and quality control.
Coordinate design development with in-house teams and consultants to meet ESF standards.
Oversee day-to-day project coordination with stakeholders and authorities.
Develop and maintain preventive and routine maintenance plans for campus assets.
Act as on-site client representative during construction and monitor workmanship quality.
Manage procurement, tendering and payment recommendations for consultants and contractors.
Prepare project status reports and ensure complete as-built drawings and manuals.
