The English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Officer - Facilities to oversee estate and facilities management across residential portfolios, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. You will drive maintenance programs, coordinate with contractors and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining exceptional tenant relations.

Applicants should have a degree in facilities management or related disciplines, at least six years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Housing Management or related disciplines
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Excellent communication, prioritising and planning skills
• Experience in managing site staff and front-line staff including security personnel and contractors

Responsabilités

• Estate and Facilities Management: Ensure residential portfolio is maintained
• Emergency repairs, upgrades and ongoing maintenance to company standards
• Conduct inspections & surveys per best practices and compliance
• Ensure maintenance paperwork is complete and aligned with policy
• Drive all projects with urgency and deadlines
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times
• Support leadership to maximise property occupancy and tenant compliance
• Build/estate guidelines and government regulation compliance
• Customer Service: provide highly responsive, supportive service to tenants and stakeholders
• Respond to queries promptly and follow through to resolution
• Staff Operations: ensure staff meet best practice and company standards
• Oversee supplier contracts, cost control, tender and procurement processes
• Monitor servicing contracts to ensure policy compliance
• Supervise fitting-out works and RM works to standards
• Oversee property and facilities service administration systems
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
