Job summary

The English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Project & Facilities Manager to oversee capital projects and maintenance across the school portfolio. You will lead end-to-end delivery and facilities management, coordinating with architectural, building services, QA, and project delivery clusters to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Over 15 years of post-graduate experience in related roles.
• Hong Kong permanent resident or valid work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user consultations and translate objectives into project briefs.
• Plan and deliver capital projects, alterations and repairs on time and within budget.
• Coordinate input from in-house teams and consultants to ensure high-quality designs.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with authorities, contractors and schools.
• Ensure alignment of projects with ESF design standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare regular reports to Head of Projects and Director of Facilities.
