Job summary

The English Schools Foundation (ESF) in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Project & Facilities Manager to oversee capital projects and repairs across its school portfolio. You will lead cross-functional collaboration among design, building services, QA, and project management teams to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, site inspections, and preventive maintenance planning to ensure safe, sustainable and excellent learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Over 15 years of relevant post-graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital projects, alterations and maintenance across the school portfolio.
• Coordinate with in-house teams, consultants and contractors to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with ESF standards, statutory requirements and safety practices.
• Maintain on-site records, manage inspections, approvals, and handovers.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and payments to multi-disciplinary partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align facilities with educational delivery needs.
