Job summary

KOS International Limited is recruiting an experienced HR Operations Manager / C&B Manager to lead the HR Services team in Hong Kong. You will oversee payroll, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management, driving efficiency and accuracy across shared services.

Reporting to the HR Head, you will champion process improvements, standardize policies, and partner with stakeholders to implement automation and HR digitalization while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on HR operations, shared services, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
• Proven people management experience with ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR policies, and employment regulations.
• Experience with HR transformation, digitalization, or system implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a HR operations team delivering HR shared services.
• Oversee payroll review, validation, and timely execution.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and service delivery.
• Review, optimize, and standardize HR processes, policies and SOPs.
