Job summary

mtm labo Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Specialist / Executive, People & Culture with a focus on C&B to own payroll, benefits, and HR operations while delivering high‑quality service to frontline staff and business units.

You will manage end-to-end payroll, MPF, tax, and annual returns, optimise HRIS data, support recruitment and performance initiatives, and help shape a culture of engagement and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in C&B operations.
• Proficient in HK Employment Ordinance and related legislation.
• Strong numerical accuracy and proficiency in HR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll, commissions, and final payments with accuracy.
• Maintain C&B operations including MPF, tax, and insurance.
• Enhance HRIS data integrity and streamline processes.
• Provide full HR support across recruitment, performance, and engagement.
• Support onboarding, off-boarding, and HR projects as needed.
