Job summary

Endeavour Search Ltd. is seeking a senior Sales/BD leader in Hong Kong to oversee a small team, secure new business, and strengthen client relationships across Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle sectors.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in business development with 2+ years in supervision, fluent English/Cantonese/Mandarin, and strong Excel data analytics to drive market insights and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder.
• At least 10 years of business development experience with minimum 2 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in sizable retail chain is preferred.
• Familiar with retail industry (Beauty / Fashion / Lifestyle) in Hong Kong market.
• Proficiency in Excel to analyze market data.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small sales team to achieve optimum channel coverage and to generate business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand market trends, competitor activity and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Work closely with different departments to deliver client projects.
• Build partnerships with different corporates/groups/property developers.
