Job summary

Syntero Partners, on behalf of a major Property Developer, is seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer to join the Property Management team and support our commercial portfolio. You will lead a technical team, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with contractors to maintain high standards of building services.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Building Services or related fields, with 8+ years delivering E&M in commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience delivering E&M with property/facility management or commercial developers.
• Good understanding of HK building regulations, submission workflows and operator standards.
• REW (Grade B or above) preferred; familiar with building services and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage the technician team for maintenance and renovations.
• Provide E&M installation work for BMS, HVAC, FS, and electrical systems.
• Monitor and coordinate with sub-contractors on day-to-day operations.
• Mentor technicians to strengthen the property/facility team and know local standards.

We are representing a Property Developer group, they are currently looking for a Senior Building Services Engineer / Assistant Building Services Engineerto join their Property Management team to support their Commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily operations and leading the technician team with maintenance and renovations works on their commercial properties.

Provide E&M installation works for BMS, HVAC, FS and Electrical systems.

Monitor and work closely with sub-contractors on day to day operation works.

Mentor and develop technicians to build a strong property/facility team with deep understanding of local standards, expectations, and operation needs.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

8+ years or more experience in delivering E&M with property management, facility management or with developers in Commercial maintenance and renovation works.

Good understanding of Hong Kong building regulations, submission workflows, and operator technical standards.

Holder of REW (Grade B or above) and familiar with building services systems, maintenance practices, and statutory requirements.preferred.
