International Finance Centre Management Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Building Services Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to oversee day-to-day maintenance and supervise in-house and outsourced work for a sizeable commercial development.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical maintenance expertise, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and fluent English and Chinese communication. Competitive package with benefits awaits the right candidate.

Formación

• High Diploma or above in Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in operations of a sizeable commercial development.
• Holder of REW C0 / H0 would be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese

Responsabilidades

• Be able to work both independently and in a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings.
• Inspect, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works.
• Sound maintenance experience in electrical and mechanical systems
