The role requires a degree or higher diploma in Building Services/Engineering with 8+ years in BS/MEP within a contracting environment.

MHKIE is mandatory; bilingual English/Chinese/Mandarin is valued. The position offers HK$55,000–HK$65,000 monthly, plus year-end and performance bonuses, with 16 days

Our client is a Main Contractor who is equipped with a high number of significant projects in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific and they just got two new iconic building projects awarded in HK and they are looking for Senior Building Services Engineer / Assistant Building Services Manager at all levels. To be successfully considered in this role you should possess the following attributes:

Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Engineering related discipline

At least 8 years of experience in BS/ MEP field in contractor

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant BS Manager

Holder of MHKIE is a must

Other professional qualification is preferred but not essential

Good commercial and contractual acumen

Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
