Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Building Services Manager/Assistant Building Services Manager/Building Services Engineer/Assistant Building Services Engineer to join the team. The role covers BS/EM coordination, site supervision, and stakeholder liaison across large-scale construction projects.

Across multiple seniority levels, candidates are considered for the appropriate level based on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. A Degree is required for Manager level.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience for Building Services Manager on large-scale multi-discipline BS/EM projects.
• Minimum 3 years site experience for Building Services Engineer; less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant roles.

Responsibilities

• Site progress monitoring: monitor and report on site installation progress, materials delivery, quality and safety.
• Subcontractor coordination: coordinate with subcontractors on BS/EM matters on site.
• Stakeholder liaison: liaise with clients, architects, and consultants on building services and E&M matters throughout the project.

This role covers BS/E&M coordination, site supervision, and stakeholder liaison across large-scale construction projects. Positions are available across multiple seniority levels, with candidates considered for the appropriate level based on experience.

The company holds Group C approved contractor status across five public works categories, including Buildings, Port Works, Roads and Drainage, Site Formation, and Waterworks.

What you'll be doing?

• Site progress monitoring: Monitor and report on site installation progress, materials delivery, quality, and safety.

• Relevant experience (Manager level): Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in managing large-scale multi-discipline BS/E&M projects is required for Building Services Manager candidates.


• Relevant experience (Engineer level): Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience is preferred for Building Services Engineer candidates.


• Less experienced candidates: Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Building Services Manager or Assistant Building Services Engineer accordingly.
