About the job Senior/ Building Services Engineer (E&M)

The Job:

• Provide a complete and thorough building services engineering support to the assigned project(s) and to monitor the performance and workmanship of the E & M subcontractors in order to meet respective projects requirements on progress, cost, safety and quality;
• Lead a team of building services engineering staff in providing strong technical培训 / engineering supports and advices to meet respective projects requirements on progress, cost, safety and quality;
• Provide expertise advice and recommendations in building services works to the project management team during design development and to provide technical / engineering supports in tender assessment of subcontractors as well as material and equipment procurement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferably with professional membership
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience and preferable with BS design exposure
• Experience with ArchSD projects would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Project Building Services Engineer
