Job summary

Linedata Global Services is seeking a senior sales executive to lead APAC growth, focusing on Hong Kong and Japan. You will own the territory, build relationships with buy-side firms, and drive new revenue through end-to-end deal execution.

You will operate with considerable autonomy, selling to hedge funds and asset managers, and collaborating with a global team. Willingness to travel 20–25% is required.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in business development selling fund services, middle office outsourcing or fintech.
• Established network in Hong Kong and Japanese hedge fund/asset management communities.
• Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and long, consensus-driven sales cycles.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales and close large, complex deals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel 20–25% within the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory plan for Hong Kong and Japan.
• Prospect and develop new relationships via direct outreach and industry events.
• Lead full sales cycle: presentations, demos, pilots, and negotiations.
• Grow and protect APAC client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent Linedata Global Services at regional events and contribute to marketing.
