Job summary

Tardis Group is seeking a sales manager to lead institutional business development across Hong Kong and APAC, expanding client footprints with online brokerages, wealth managers, crypto platforms, and asset managers.

You will drive new business, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and upsell with senior stakeholders, building strong relationships across the region. English plus Cantonese or Mandarin are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in B2B sales/BD within Fintech, Market Data, Trading Solutions, or Financial SaaS.
• Track record of closing institutional deals with brokerages, wealth managers, or prop/crypto trading desks in APAC.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, market-data APIs, or quantitative analytics.
• Languages: Business-fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• New Business: Prospect, pitch, and close B2B enterprise deals with financial institutions across APAC.
• Account Growth: Upsell and renew key institutional accounts with C-suite and product teams.
• Pipeline Management: Drive end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to contract execution.
