Job summary

CLSA is seeking a senior business development professional in Hong Kong to drive new client acquisitions and revenue growth across APAC. The role focuses on Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Private Credit Funds and Hedge Funds, locating potential fund industry clients and developing growth strategies.

You'll collaborate with senior management, manage market outreach programs, and build a network of third-party contacts to advance a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years in fund/financial solutions roles.
• Experience in client services or relationship management.
• Existing network of influencers and business contacts preferred.
• Strong Mandarin and English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new client acquisitions and revenue growth in APAC.
• Develop a robust pipeline across Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Private Credit Funds and Hedge Funds.
• Identify potential clients within the fund industry.
• Develop and execute business development growth strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to update products and market trends.
• Lead market outreach programs based on strategic initiatives.
• Build and manage a network of third-party contacts.
• Grow and progress a pipeline of new business opportunities.
